Accordingly, employees, business partners, and other stakeholders are encouraged to raise good-faith concerns regarding any suspected non-compliant behaviour.
Set out below is general information, in English, regarding Globalworth’s whistleblowing policy. Should you wish to file a whistleblowing report and/or read more information in relation to our country-specific whistleblowing policies and systems, please click on the relevant country name below.
Overview of Process
Each whistleblowing report received will be dealt with in compliance with the laws and regulations of the country in which the report is filed and, if relevant, where the company/ies primarily concerned are registered.
Any investigation process will be conducted in a confidential, impartial, and thorough manner, independent of those being investigated, and within a defined timescale.
It is possible to file a report anonymously and we will always try to investigate anonymous reports. However, if those investigating do not know the identity of the whistleblower, it may be much more difficult or impossible to investigate the matter, and we will not be able to provide the whistleblower with any feedback. However, should you still wish to submit an anonymous report, please provide us with as much relevant information as possible.
You can file a whistleblowing report using one of the following email addresses:

Protections afforded to whistleblowers
Globalworth will not tolerate any harassment, victimisation or detrimental treatment of whistleblowers (including informal pressures) and will take appropriate action to protect those who raise a genuine concern.
Globalworth will protect the confidentiality of any individual raising a concern, the individual(s) about whom the concern is raised and the information collected by all recipients of the concern.
Any allegation made maliciously which concerns information which the person reporting does not believe to be true or which is motivated by personal gain, may be an offence under applicable laws and regulations and/or a disciplinary offence.
